I really like the interesting way that you turn a weights workout into a cardio workout as well. I have just recently started the Truth About Abs Program and it's great so far. I'm already feeling the effects of the workouts. The body feels firmer and fitter. The usual routines at the gym have not only been borring, but I couldn't see much progress. This program is different, the workouts are shorter but very intense and it's not getting boring. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
